Of Ana Tiscornia’s exhibition in TEOR/éTica, Virginia Pérez-Ratton wrote: “Citas y Abreviaturas (Notes and Abbreviations), two different bodies of work, connected by the thread of memory, refer to place, to some place, to somewhere. A memory that Ana herself defines as her own, an individual memory related to a potentially collective memory, some of the multiple personal stories that are never told in the grand narrative of history.” This exhibition catalogue includes texts by Carlos Capelán, Gabriel Peluffo and Virginia Pérez-Ratton, alongside color images of Tiscornia’s work as installed in TEOR/éTica.
