“The exhibition by Priscilla Monge was organized in response to an invitation by Luis Lama, President of the Ibero-American Biennale in Lima, to participate in the Extraordinary Chambers in 2002. However, what began as a solo curated exhibition has gradually been transformed into a traveling itinerant anthology of works spanning from 1994 to 2002.” Virginia Pérez-Ratton. Like the exhibition, this catalogue is a comprehensive review, through texts and color images, of the work of Priscilla Monge (San José, 1968), one of the most important Costa Rican artists.
