Introduction to the Employee Handbook is an anti-handbook for cultural workers. In it we aim to share strategies of resistance, camouflaging techniques, and methods to counterbalance precarious working conditions and neoliberal strategies that instrumentalize art and culture in contexts with fragile institutions. It is a joint effort between TEOR/éTica, Beta-Local (PR) and Taller de Ediciones Económicas (MEX) with the purpose of thinking together about the employment rights we demand, and what type of workers we aspire to be.
